Products
There is no gluten or MSG added
to retractor products during processing. Nor do we use any
binders or fillers in ground products or sausages. Those products
that improve with aging, such as our delicious grilling steaks, are
dry aged for a minimum of 14 days. Because moisture is lost during
this process, steaks become more flavourful. All products not
requiring to be aged are prepared immediately, vacuum packaged, and
flash frozen to assure top quality freshness.
